Adults and children 12 years and older: apply 2 grams on the painful area to the affected area 2 times daily for 4 days. If there is no relief after 4 days, continue for another 4 days.
Adolescents 12 years and over: do not use it more than directed (for example, once a day, every 4 hours). If symptoms persist, consult your doctor.
Do not use it if you are allergic to it or have ever had an allergic reaction to it, or if the pain has been for any reason a trigger, such as a reaction to aspirin, aspirin combined with antacids, or any other kind of allergy.
Do not use it if you are using an NSAID (Nonsteroidal Anti-inflammatory) for arthritis, for example, in the early stages of osteoarthritis, or if symptoms persist after you have had an MRI of the spine for rheumatoid arthritis, for example, in the early stages of osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis.
To apply: Open the tube and gently squeeze the gel tube from the inside for a good place.
